Chili's Grill & Bar

We came with our family of 5 on Sunday March 22nd at 4 PM and sat at table 44. It took 15 minutes before a server came to greet us and take our drink order. During our wait, another family sat down and was greeted immediately by our server. We finally were greeted, not by our server, & had our order taken. Our food came in a reasonable amount of time but mine, the triple dipper, was wrong. They took my plate back after I corrected what was wrong, and said they would promptly fix it. They came back out again & my triple dipper was still wrong, once again, said it would be fixed. During this time a tea was brought to our table and sat down, no one ordered tea. They came back out for the 3rd time with the mozzarella sticks that were supposed to be in the triple dipper, (Supposed to be Nashvil

The staff were so friendly and inviting. The best Chili’s I’ve been to in a while, glad we got this in our city now.

Ordered takeout and it was fast and efficient. The person behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Great job!

Angel was awesome! So nice to our group. Sat at the bar.. good food and service and they were packed. Also shout out to Deja! She was so attentive to us and kind!

Y'all, Royse City Chilis opening with a bang! Wait list, no one likes that but we only had to wait 15 minutes with 10 spots ahead of us! Food, everything you love about Chilis and it didn't disappoint! Service...seriously, the service was AMAZING! Cash (our waiter) was so attentive, kind and entertained with conversation! Drinks, replaced without asking. Check ins at timely points, you could see he was paying attention. He had so many other tables and I felt like we were just as important. Also, might be because it's the first week but we were given a full fresh batch of chips and salsa to go home with! Royse City, well done! Please keep this standard in your service, if so, I'll be a regular! Thanks Cash for being amazing!
