EL Wagyu

Order 1 og smash burger and 1 sweet and spicy burger both with two patties. Also ordered a tray of fries. OG burger was pretty good. Ordered without onions. My biggest complaint is that it gets messy. Bun slipping and sliding on the sauces makes it hard to eat. Burger meat had good flavor and juicy. Couldn't really tell "hey this waygu" compared to a traditional burger mix but it was above average on taste. Sweet and spicy burger was better. Held together better and has a nice unique flavor I can't quite figure out. But it's good. The fries were pretty good. I believe they cook them in beef tallow so there's a good flavor to them. They don't look fresh cut or home made but they were good. I got mine plain and they still had good flavor. You do get a good portion when you order the tray.

Really good food. I came here because of tiktok. The owner was very sweet and welcoming. Garlic parm fries loaded were amazing but next time I will just get them with out loaded and cheese on the side. Per the wagyu sweet n spice it was a 10/10. I would definitely come back. Also you can a single patty or double patty. I also got the regular with everything and it's pretty good Regular burger with no sweet and spicy. The sauce just takes it to another level...especially if you like spicy.

The smash burger was OK and gave it a 4 star. my wife’s and kid’s burgers, I was told was very salty. I did get a 2 patty smash burger with everything on it but it just didn’t hit the spot like other smash burgers I have tried. The staff was terrific and really wanted the burger to be a home run. The area can get packed pretty quick and the parking is pretty much whatever spot can fit your vehicle is the spot you’ll park. They do have 2 picnic tables you can sit in front of the food truck.

I went to El Wagyu on a Saturday evening time and they were already sold out of some items. What does that mean…. that the food is amazing. I had the 2 patty original burger and the way it just melts in your mouth so delicious. I also ordered the parm fries which went beyond of what I expected. This place is a must try and my recommendation is go as early as you can. They are very friendly as well.

We stopped by tonight for dinner. What a great burger!!! We both chose the same burger, the sweet and spicy burger and we shared a large order of garlic seasoned fries and they were crispy and delicious. I was happy to see they use sustainable and recyclable food containers and such. We were able to chat a little with the owner and we learned that they raise their own certified wagyu cattle along with their family. It’s a food truck that we will definitely visit again!
