Taqueria Los Pericos

So we're on a mission to try new taquerias in the area. The problem is we loved Los Pericos so much, it's going to be hard to go anywhere else! Come here for the salsa bar alone. The salsas are not only freshly made, but they're UNIQUE and totally different from other places. For example, their "traditional" green salsa is anything but traditional. The tomatillo-avocado salsa is super peppery. It's surprising in the most delightful way. And the chips are served WARM! I got the al pastor burrito and it was huge. I ate it for 3 meals. I would say that it was practically perfect, it just needed more sour cream and guacamole (but don't they all)! Service was super friendly. They have outdoor seating, but we took it to-go. We will 1000% be back!

Time of visit: October 2024 One of the few eateries in relatively sparsely-populated Corralitos (where we stayed during the visit to the area). Decided to eat out here when we were too tired to cook for dinner. All of the dishes were fantastic and freshly-made - clearly the ingredients come from the locality. The price is more affordable than that in the downtown Watsonville or other cities in the area, mostly in low $10s or less. Appreciate the patio dining area and complimentary free flow salsa (which comes in lots of variety) and crispy nachos as appetizer.

Good food!! Great service, food was made fresh. I ordered the shrimp taco, condiments are available including chips. Outdoor seating is nice and shaded 👍 l

Truth be told, they have my favorite California burrito out of all the ones ive had anywhere else… their green salsa is pretty tasty too. I love this place!

This place is awesome! The food is good, they have a salsa bar and chips and prices are reasonable. I gave 3 stars for the atmosphere because there is no indoor seating. When it's cold, we take our food home. Corralitos is a cute little town so there's your atmosphere.
