Circle & Square Bistro, Corralitos, CA

The food was amazing!! We started with the Roasted Squash Bisque which was so smooth and full of flavor, I almost ordered a second one. I had the delicious Petrale Sole with lentils that was the perfect combination. The Brie Sandwich and the Chicken Pot Pie were big hits too! Such wonderful flavors and combinations. Service was excellent! I highly, highly recommend the Circle & Square if you’re near Corralitos!

This quaint gem of a restaurant is the meaning of farm to table. Staff was welcoming, even with our 100lb bully. What they lack in views they make up with charm and flavorful healthy food

Total hidden gem near Aptos! The food here is incredible and feels very intentional. Their lion's mane mushroom was hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had. I love that they prepare everything in a way that highlights the natural flavors of the ingredients rather than masking them. Highly recommend!

My husband and I went to Circle and Square for Valentines day and I was stunned. The complex flavors of the crab bisque was out of this world. We ordered more bread just so we could enjoy the flavor longer. The Oyster Sinclair with the Corralitos bacon was absolutely amazing and the escargot was the cherry on top. The chai mousse made me question why I never order dessert. This was by far the most satisfying and delicious experience I've had with a local establishment.

What a splendid new, locavore, creative, intimate dining experience! New to the South Santa Cruz area (Corralitos). I have now eaten Sunday Supper and dinner. As a vegetarian/pescatarian, I can vouch for the excellence. Halibut and local tomatoes succotash, stuffed French Roast, Wild arugula and roasted beet salad. Yum! Menu changes weekly. A rare find!
