Taqueria La Hacienda

Taqueria La Hacienda absolutely blew me away. This is hands-down the most authentic Mexican food I’ve ever had, and I don’t say that lightly. Every bite tasted fresh, homemade, and full of real flavor—not watered down, not overdone, just perfectly executed. From the moment you sit down, they bring out warm nachos with a homemade salsa that is bottom-of-the-bowl good—the kind you keep scooping until there’s nothing left and you’re tempted to ask for more. The restaurant itself is spotless, which instantly sets the tone, and the service is just as impressive. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Even the details stand out here—Coke comes in classic glass bottles, and somehow it just tastes better and pairs perfectly with the food

This is a restaurant we repeated 3 times now. The quality and quantity can’t be beat. You wouldn’t expect it from the location. It’s a byob. Sometimes service is slow. But food never disappoints.

Food was great, pupusas, birria, nachos and a nice chicken cutlet. The lady that took our order was very friendly

This place is too expensive for what it is. The food was decent, but nothing extraordinary. We tried a variety of tacos and burritos, and the birria tacos were the best, while the pastor tacos were the worst because the meat was too fatty.

Stopped by while in town from NYC, and this place has some of the best tacos I’ve had in a long time. Great service and a cute location.
