We dined at Matt’s Red Rooster in Flemington on Saturday and had the pleasure of sitting at the chef’s table—what an unbelievable experience! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The food was absolutely outstanding—each dish was crafted with incredible flavor and attention to detail. The service was just as impressive—warm, professional, and perfectly timed without ever feeling rushed. The atmosphere was cozy yet vibrant, creating the perfect setting for such a special meal. Highly recommend it for anyone looking great food, amazing service, and a memorable evening.

It was our second time and another EXCELLENT culinary experience! Our server, David, was exceptional.. friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful with his recommendations. Our food was perfectly prepared and our desserts were scrumptious! Thank you for another great experience. Can’t recommend enough. We will be back!

Fantastic! I hadn't been here in a while, but it was just as wonderful as I remembered. The menu selection is wonderful and the hardest part is deciding what to get. The service is always A+ and very friendly and attentive. I would definitely suggest making reservations, as they do get busy. Perfection from start to finish.

Matt’s Red Rooster Grill is an absolute gem! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The sous vide pork belly appetizer was perfectly prepared—rich, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. For my main course, I had the chicken paillard, which was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and truly special—perfect for both a night out with friends or a more intimate dinner. On top of that, the staff was lovely—attentive, friendly, and made the evening feel seamless. Highly recommend Matt’s Red Rooster Grill to anyone looking for an amazing dining experience. This was the first time my family visited Matt's. It was a birthday celebration. Our server was Maritza. She was absolutely wonderful. She was both friendly & professional, offering to take as many pictures as we wanted. The food was scrumptious. We tried the 4-course Summer Special menu and it did not disappoint. Each dish was just as good as the one before, especially the addicting Corn Bread Pudding. What a wonderful experience. We will certainly be back and definitely looking forward to it.
