Taqueria Guadalajara

Ordered menudo today 02/01/26. It had to be the most tasteless menudo that I have ever had ever. A glass of water would have had better taste. The limes that were included were juiceless. I don't think that anything else would have made it taste any better. I know where not to go for menudo. Sabor Maya was closed so that's why I went to your business. Don't waste your money here.🤢🤮

We had Leigh as our waitress, she was amazing, the food was incredible. 10/10 will be stopping again

Well I was thinking about eating here and still probably will so there will be an update in my review. Seems to me the owner is very defensive and really doesn’t want to fix the problems. I have read multiple reviews and all he does is blame the customers. Sir you need to fix the problems and stop blaming customers for your restaurants mistakes and mess ups. I also noticed you didn’t respond to the review that had to do with roaches 🪳. Stand by for the update because I’m going to try this restaurant and hope the food is good staff is professional and polite the owner is professional and polite and that the there are no roaches. Drive thru took to long and the food was over cooked.. I won't be eating there again. Last time I visited the food was good and friendly staff... Don't know what happened there.
