Tandoori Taste of India

Our family ordered take out from Tandoori, with one of the dishes being Chicken Tandoori. We asked specifically this chicken to be prepared well done. Once we started eating the food, we noticed the insides of the chicken were completely raw and undercooked!! Photos are included. We called the restaurant right away and shared the photos. They were apologetic and gave the full refund, but we had already eaten some of the chicken. Afterwards our whole family was sick with diarrhea and vomiting. Posting this review as a warning to all who come here to please check the insides of the meat you order - undercooked chicken is a huge health risk and not sure how well their tandoor oven prepares the meat.

I was referred by a friend of a friend, and I’m so glad I decided to check it out! It was my first time trying Indian cuisine, and Tandoori Taste of India absolutely did not disappoint. The food was incredibly flavorful and delicious—truly amazing. The service was warm and welcoming, and the restaurant itself was very clean and inviting. The staff went above and beyond to make the experience great. 10/10 recommend—I’ll definitely be coming back more often!

Went with my girlfriend to try Indian food for the first time ever and we had an amazing time. The food was great and very flavorful. We tried the Chicken Marsala, Chicken Curry, Garlic Naan, Biryani, and also the Gulab Jamun. Everything was delicious and different in its own good way, at the end of our meal the staff was nice enough to let us try the Gulab Jamun dessert as compliments from the restaurant which were delicious. Overall would recommend 10/10 experience.

I tell this to everyone looking for good Indian in Westchester and Greenwich. This is the best Indian food you’ll ever have! Amazing butter chicken, great naan, and just delicious food and friendly staff! A must try!

Even by Manhattan standards where I lived for many years, the Indian food here is outstanding. Every dish including their Nan was top notch. I highly recommend it.
