This is a sushi takeout spot, and the owner is a sushi chef with 13 years of experience! The service is friendly, and the food is delicious. I’m so happy to have a great sushi takeout place near my house. They even took our custom order, and my family and I enjoyed it so much. Highly recommend checking it out!

TAKE SUSHI in Fullerton is seriously a hidden gem. From the moment I opened the container for the Chicken Teriyaki Combo, I could tell this wasn’t average takeout. The chicken was perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and had an amazing texture, not dry, not rubbery. I specifically asked for it not to be pink inside, and they made sure it was cooked exactly how I requested. That kind of attention to detail says a lot. The rice was fresh and well-seasoned, the salad was crisp and vibrant, and everything tasted thoughtfully prepared. Now the sushi… WOW. It was unbelievably fresh. My co-worker said it was delicious, so I stopped by the store after work. I ordered a salmon bowl and a 24-piece sashimi combo. I ate it with sake, and it was really, really fresh and delicious. Both the owner and staff were so kind. It will be my sushi restaurant to visit once a week.

I’m so happy this place opened near my home! I got omakase sushi combo, cucumber salad and hand roll with Japanese iced tea. I was so impressed with their egg sushi. I could tell it was authentic handmade at my first bite. Eel sushi was crisp; cooked perfectly through. Cucumber salad was fresh and not too sweet which I love. Overall, the food quality was beyond my expectation and worth every penny. The chef and cashier are friendly, and there are plenty of free parking lot spaces right in front of the restaurant. I’m definitely coming again😋

I stopped by a new sushi place that opened nearby. I ordered a full-size baked salmon roll, a golden California roll, a shrimp tempura roll, and a geisha roll. I ate it with the sauce that was included, and it was really fresh and delicious. And also the owner and staff were so friendly. I want to tell everyone to go there.
