Talk about the real deal!! These tacos are freshly made per order, these are authentic and delicious Mexican tacos. So far I'm in my #6 taco ha hahaha shhhhhh yes and I'm about to eat my #7 taco, yup they are that good. The Birria Tacos, make sure you dunk them in that delicious sauce, you will not regret it. They are on the small size but are BIG in flavor, super tasty. They have a cute seating area as well, in case you want to eat them there, I had mine to go. And also have sodas for sale. Staff is very friendly 😁😁

I came here today after wanting to try Tacos Chiapas for YEARS! It's just that every time I drive by the truck, they've already sold out of food for the day, or it was on a day that they were closed. Well while on my way to downtown Mount Dora, I see Tacos Chiapas is open! I went and got some cash, and went to place my order. I ordered 3 pork tacos, a burrito, and chicken fluatas. The woman taking my order was very nice and helpful, and answered the few questions I had without making me feel rushed in anyway, which I appreciate. While waiting on the food to be cooked, many people showed up to order. They just kept coming! The Al pastor is amazing. I’ve been coming here for years and normally just get tacos. Today I had an Al pastor burrito and I’m pretty sure it changed my life. $12 and it’s enough for 2 lunches. I may need a nap after just 1/2. Photo is the second half!

This pandemic times require people like me, who still have a job, to support small businesses. This place was a recomendation from a good friend. I drove around 20 mins to get there and worthed the drive. Tacos are cheap but the flavor are awesome, they are delicious and they taste absolutely amazing. I've had a few really good tacos in Central Florida but so far these have been the best authentic ones I have had around here. They are on the small side though but HUGE in flavor. Came in for 3 tacos and ended up having 7, just couldn't have enough!, very VERY good.
