Taco Bell

The lady pretended to be dumb when I kept saying chicken for the cantina bowls. Then they gave my 2 girlfriends food poisoning, they said the chicken was not fully cooked. Taco was cold and sour cream tasted old. Guacamole tasted sweet and old. They didn't give us the sauce packets either.

Second time we receive absolutely AWFUL food. It's not fresh. It isn't correct. They really need to take a look at managers and employees that don't care about what they serve to paying customers. GROSS. This is supposed to be a 5 layer burrito with extra sour cream. Wasn't fresh. Zero sour cream. What happened to the nacho cheese? Don't waste your money. Changes must be made.

I don't eat very often at Taco Bell but I had a craving and yes, I understand the stigma Taco Bell earned over the years for being stingy with their taco meet but it has gone too far. The only thing keeping these tacos from being vegan is half a teaspoon of meet. NOTHING LIKE THE IMAGE ON THE MENU! Also tried a few other items, nachos my daughter had looked okay, rice and bean burrito was worth the $1 it cost, and the cinnamon twist tasted strange. Tables in restaurant were dirty, very few customers, just seemed like staff didn't care. Gave it 10 months...and tried again. STILL HORRIBLE! When Taco Bell knows you're on a diet 😩.

My family gave this location and food chain many chances throughout years. Portion sizes were horrible ( just look at TRIPLE DOUBLE Crunchwrap and DOUBLE chalupa). Sadly, they got rid of a lot of good items on the menu ( like fiery shells, chipotle loaded grillers, combo with cheesy Gordita crunch, combo with QuesaRito, cinnamon twists are “breakfast only” item). Getting a taco with chicken instead of beef is not available ( they refused to substitute it even for an upcharge yesterday, 11/25). Complained several times, with all respect to employees, but never received a refund or even simple apology. I’m done with this food chain. All I can say is. Never again.
