Taco Bell

I'll start with the two young men helped me were great. They were polite and respectful. I placed a mobile app order went to pick up the food when we got home to eat my daughter had gotten a create your own box and she ordered fiesta potatoes. When she bit into one it tasted bitter and was black I called the store just to make them aware and the lady that answered the phone told me they had brand new potatoes I took that as her saying it didn't happen. We love Taco Bell and will continue to eat it just at a different location I'll never go back to the Portland store. That's nasty and can make people sick.

I like this Taco Bell in Portland, Tennessee. I went inside to get my food to go because they had a line that wrapped around the building for the drive throu. So I went in because I knew it would be faster, and it was. I got my food done the way I asked because I have restricted dietary needs so I can't have certain things but they made everything the way I asked correctly and a very timely manner. The staff was very polite and all had smiles on their faces even though they were swamped. I would suggest this restaurant to anyone that lives in the area or that's passing through our lil town☺️🤗🔥

If I could give 0 starts I would. Normally I am understanding but this is just ridiculous. Placed a mobile order prior to picking the food up, my husband goes to pick up. He is waiting in line and asks several times and they say they don’t know what is taking so long until eventually say the order was bumped and they have to remake it. But he was in line for an HOUR! And they couldn’t have checked earlier on the food and what had happened? So ridiculous. And our food wasn’t even hot. It was like warm, quesadilla wasn’t even cut. Then when calling back wouldn’t even give a refund. Will not be returning

I ordered off the mobile app and my daughter got a luxe box and when we got home she bit into her fieast potatoes and it was black and tasted bitter. When I called the store just to let them know the woman who answered told me they had brand new potatoes and then asked if I'd like her to write my name down so we could get more later. I told her we didn't want anymore I just wanted them to be aware but she acted like there's no way. Find another Taco Bell if you want food

10/5 went through drive thru about 8:30 and order was wrong.Went inside they snatched the bag off the counter and gave me attitude because they got my order wrong. I asked the guy what was the problem and his response was he's tired other workers messing up orders and my response was well that's not my fault for you to snatch the food off the counter from me. He then slams the new bag of food on the counter and walks off without a response. I called to speak to a manager but it was a recording that says they can't answer the phone. Extremely rude and unprofessional and not the first time a situation like this has happened at this location. Seems like management needs to give some lessons in customer service or let some people go because it's clear they don't want their job treating custome
