Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

3rd time in a row I've been charged over 3 dollars for a water. I am also ordering food. I don't mind paying for the cup and straw but I have had to point out every time. It feels like they're just trying to find out who will simply pay for things that aren't right or who will question? Of course, this is Portland after all LOL.

I would never rate somewhere 1 star on a single visit so unfortunately this is based off of multiple experiences. Our 1st visit, I took my 7yr old inside for a single ice cream. The drive through cleared out while we waited. We're the only people inside. We didn't want to be rude but waited 40 minutes! We decided to give them a second chance. This weekend we went inside again. Their ONLY focus seemed to be the drive through. Poor Daniel at the register is running the entire dining room. Orders, ice cream, delivering the food. With no help. The drive through kept trucking while we waited 35 minutes for just ice cream! The family in front of us ordered as we walked in and ate their food and left before we got just ice cream. Extremely disappointed and Daniel deserves better!

I Went To Dairy Queen For The First time in years, and I had the worst experience i ever thought I could have, my Burger Was Cold And the Onion Rings Were Hard, But What was even More Hard Was Me After I Saw The Employee At The Counter, He was Blonde And so Cute that I actually changed my mind about killing myself, All my Homies Love the Cutie At Dairy Queen #DQBBG

I am 56 years old and this my FIRST TIME having a Cone at DQ! I ordered a large chocolate soft serve and it was better than expected, and better than the pictures I've previously seen. Delicious!

Normally I don't have any problems with this location. Until today, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. All I got was two chicken strips between 2 buns. No Lettus, no tomatoes, no anything else. We ordered from the app to give plenty of time so no one is rushed. Please, please do better.
