The Pink Truck Parlor

First time in and the nice lady showed us the menu and helped make reccomendations. They were able to work around my dietary restrictions easily. I ended up with an egg croissant and a black coffee. The croissant was lightly toasted and was a great compliment to the egg. The coffee was smooth without any bitterness. I'll definitely be back to try some of their lunch offerings. The vibe was laid back and inviting. The parking is easy, with a large public lot behind the building. Be sure to check out this local spot!

On December 3,2025 I visited the Pink Truck Parlor to see what it was all about. It had a small cozy setup inside with an ice cream bar and a sitting room. Being close to Christmas they have it decorated accordingly, and they have an angel tree where you can donate money for children in foster care. The ice cream and all their treats looked really good! I decided to try their lemon bar and peppermint bark brownie. Both were really good, and I would highly recommend the lemon bar! It was just like I had when I was a kid, and I haven’t found that in a long time! 🥰. If you’re in the mood for a yummy sweet go check them out!

The people here are wonderful! The food & drinks are great, and the dining area is well kept. Love the little touches like the kid’s corner and the photo booth!

Took my kiddo here for the first time and it is now our favorite spot! Super cute and clean and the coffee and ice cream were so good. The staff were so friendly and fun! Highly recommend!!
