Taco Bell

I placed an order my food looks like it was tossed around in the bag. I took a picture of my crunch wrap. Apparently this Taco Bell is going down the drain. They don’t seem to know how to make a crunch wrap. I asked for a specific meat they clearly put beef racked it off added meat added lettuce and took it of threw my order around. I was told my order was made with love not a Taco Bell Phrase my order was made with love yet my food looks like it was found in the Trash Can y? Act a fool ?

This is THE WORST taco bell. Which is unfortunate because it's the closest to our house and we will no longer be going here. They forget food EVERY SINGLE TIME we order. The manager never has a good solution and they always "can't" help or quickly resolve anything. The food is sloppy, burnt, and half the portion of other locations. Someone needs to send quality control there and hire all new management. Whoever runs the taco bell in olathe, ks on blackbob needs to come show these people the basics of making the food and customer service because that location has never messed up my order.

Man taco bell has changed I went for a meal the other day and couldn't believe it was $3 per taco. This is no longer the cheap place to eat. I think they still have a value meal. Best thing to do is download the app and order from it. That saved me about $5 on the meal I wanted.

On 10/27/25 I ate here with my matriarch and a kind portly gentleman driving a giant Chevy with two bales of hay loaded up told me that I was cute. I did not get a moment to explain to you that I appreciate the sentiment however I know who paid you to say something to me.

The last time I came here was about a year and a half ago. There was this very rude lady that gave me a bad experience I decided to give them a second chance and they didn’t disappoint this time. Erica was extremely friendly and helped me very good the food was pretty good and overall I seems like they have been doing a lot better hope the next time it’s like it was today
