Casey's

I was hoping since I got a single slice recently that it was once again safe to order a whole pizza. It was barely cooked. Why can't you be as good as the others Casey's around?! The pizza is already delicious, all you have to do is cook it for the appropriate amount of time. Total waste of money.

Every time “Bailey” is working she is nothing But rude and hateful. We stopped going in for months and would go to harrisonville. Tried to go in tonight for game night pizza and she seriously had an attitude AGAIN for NO reason! She really needs to work on customer service it’s CRAZY how rude she is!

The food is extremely inconsistent and oftentimes cold, and they bearly keep the drinks restocked. I know I wake up early in the morning, and I get there about 5 o'clock 5:30, but oftentimes the cook in the back doesn't even have food out on the shelf yet. And if she does, the food is just being put out and is cold. She also, yeah, gives me mean glares every time I stand there waiting for her to finish making the sandwiches, i'm probably going to take my business across the street to yummy because their breakfast is always on time

I thought I was buying a cheeseburger (as that's what it was labeled) ...got to work to eat it and it was a spicy chicken sandwich...now I don't get a lunch today

I just don’t get it. I shop at the store in Pleasant Hill Mo usually three times or more per week. I just don’t understand why your delivery truck has to take up the whole front of the store when there’s plenty of room to park on the side. This is very frustrating because people have to park out by the highway if they want to shop. I came by the older store in Harrisonville Mo about 2 hours later and same thing there. This is absolute BS when your stores have no respect for the customer. I will start shopping somewhere else other than Casey’s and a lot of other customers feel the same way. Seems kind of funny that Pepsi and Coke have the same size truck but they are forced to park on the side. I will be so glad when our new QT gets finished.
