Taco Bell

Unfortunately, I’m picking there aren’t many options to eat. And as often as we would like to take, Taco Bell is always going to be good. The staff at this place makes it horrible. I tried to eat here a few times a week even though I order online they still managed to get the order wrong every time. And the food is always cold. Tonight I took the opportunity to go And order at the speaker, the food was still cold. I had two pieces of steak in my quesadilla and three pieces of chicken and my taco and their excuse was they were about to close so they didn’t have anything left. I still paid almost $13 for my combo. And when I tried to call the store, the manager on duty was very rude and very dismissive and told me to call corporate. I don’t know if you can see it properly in the photo, but the clock for our order shows almost 40 MINUTES!!!! We ordered on the app hoping that the order would be prepared once we got there. Guess what…THAT HADN’T EVEN STARTED. Only after we came up to the counter 20 minutes later and asked did they start making it. The worker said “it’ll be out shortly”…I must be confused about what the term “shortly” means cause it definitely was not out “shortly”. This is the second time we have ordered on the app and waited over a half hour…c’mon Taco Bell.

SIMPLY DON'T BOTHER! Go somewhere else..anywhere else. You will thank me later. Food will be wrong 90% of the time even if you order a standard menu order. Dont even think about asking for things to be removed due to allergies. Service is very bad attitude towards customer it's like you are bothering them. Employees tend to socialize amongst themselves instead of making your meal or assisting other customers or cleaning the store. Then when you actually get your meal it's wrong and you wait again for them to remake it while still seeing the same behavior. You get your food the second time and suprise suprise wrong again. Finally ask nicely for team lead to attempt to get your food correct, no suprise the main person socializing was the lead, so more "don't bother me" attitude. Save yourse

This is probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any restaurant. I don’t expect fine dining when I go to Taco Bell but I go expect to get what I pay for. I got home and my son was without a meal and half of mine was missing and the other half was so soggy and cold you couldn’t get the taco off the wrapper. There was no meat in what we did get that was edible. Tried to call and no one answered the phone.

If I could give this location more stars, I would. I have visited several different taco bells across the upstate and this one by far is my absolute favorite. I get the same order every time and it has absolutely always been consistent and delicious. It is disappointing when you order something and it varies in quality each time, but this taco bell has always been consistent and I am very happy about it! The employees are also kind and I've never had to wait very long here either.
