Taco Bell

Had an online order. Pulled up and was quickly told to go to 2nd window. Waited a very short time and was plesantly greeted. The service was super quick and nice. The food was hot and the order was correct. Best Taco Bell in the area. Great job...keep it up!

Parking lot clean. Tight to get in and out of. Drive up window employee was not pleasant at all. No hello, no smile, no greeting of any type, and not even a thank you. Don't hire people who clearly cannot interact or want to interact at a job where public interaction is a requirement 100% of the time. The food was hot and tasty. They did not follow my app ordering instructions for what sauces I wanted.

The staff are friendly and pleasant to deal with but this place is a bit of a ripoff when it comes to premium items. For example, if you order a steak quesadilla here, expect 3 cubes of steak in the wrap. Smaller items sre done much better, this place has some of the best regular crunchy tacos of any taco bell around. My advice, stick to the lower priced items to get the most quality food for your money.

EASTON Taco Bell Did an online order. Drove up to pick up. It wasn’t ready. They said to come in. They couldn’t find the order but eventually did find it. So I’m 20 min deep on an order that should have been at the drive thru when I arrived. Annoying, but I remained courteous throughout, expecting my order done correctly. However, the real issue is part of the Order was two chicken burrito’s. I requested extra chicken (with an extra charge of course) for both burritos. But, there was no chicken in either one. I mean, virtually none at all. In fact, there was much less chicken in it than a chicken burrito ordered without extra chicken - as I said, no chicken at all. I called the manager - she said “Oh, sorry about that, I’ll tell the staff.” I said, “that’s it?” Sorry, no refunds for mo

I came to try the new Taco Bell, since all my coworkers loved the spot. I walked in to a bunch of kids playing catch with a big ball in the lobby. I thought that was weird, and it was packed already, so I went through the drive-thru. I ordered a number 10, which is a grilled cheese burrito combo. When I went to enjoy my meal, I thought I had gotten the wrong burrito, the flaming hot burrito. Which I can admit I was in the wrong, and I did get the right burrito. Although I went back to confirm which burrito I had gotten, as I do not get Taco Bell often and was unfamiliar with what's in the food. The lady in the red hat and glasses on the drive-thru side was very argumentative about the situation. I understand I was wrong and I had gotten the right burrito, but her approach was rather rude.
