Taco Bell

It seems as if the food is thrown together without a care in the world and rushed to the customer without any type of quality check. Taco Bell used to be cheap which made this at least somewhat acceptable because you get what you pay for. Now that their prices are just as expensive as anywhere else it's time to demand more. I am beyond tired of paying for a product is poorly made by people who do not care if they're providing quality.

If you want your food to be correct 90% of the time I would not recommend going to Madison Taco Bell. I had recently gone in the morning and ordered a steak breakfast crunch wrap. Instead they gave me a bacon one with steak on the receipt. Normally I'm not the type of person to leave a review, but as I mentioned above, this is not a once in a blue moon occurrence and it has become almost an everytime occurrence with this location. I contacted a manager and was informed that if I came in I could get a replacement just as long as I asked for her when making the order. Three days after the incident I came into the lobby asking about the food where I was informed by staff that I would not be able to get a replacement because it was only available 48 hours after they messed the food up. Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru behind four cars, they turned the menu off infront of us and didn’t say a word. Line took forever but wonder why? Three workers are to busy smoking outside and passing stuff around! It took them ten minutes to one bag of food for one truck, never had such a horrible experience.

The food was fine, the drink machine was basically empty of sodas. We informed the employees and it took someone forever to change them. Especially when there was employees standing around and we were the only customers in the building.

It's been a couple of years since we've been here,the order box is so not inviting it's sad, now let's get to the food. It's sooooooo gross eating fake meat and fillers
