Best Way Inn

Reception was nice enough, but the room was on the 2nd floor. I booked 1st floor. Found us a room but I couldn't even walk in the room it smelled so bad from smoking. Requested another room as smoke makes me really ill. She sent the cleaner to the new room to check for smell and when we got in, they must have sprayed 2 gallons of febreez in there. Couldn't smell the smoke at that time but we could after we ran somewhere and came back in (and the febreez died down.) Supposed to have a heated pool but my oldest was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The room was very cool and the water wasn't even body temperature. Very disappointed overall.

A very dated hotel. Room had a funny odor, stale cigarette smell, pillows not real comfy and chairs not comfortable. The pool was not heated and the roof had mold, not very welcoming.

The Customer service management wise is a joke!!! They dont care how messed up they are they won't make it right or even try to give a discount; for instance took 7hrs to finally get a room that worked and 3 different rooms and they didn't even want to give a discount or apologize, the Front Desk ladies are wonderful especially Jama, but the rest are rude

Pool and pond were nice to have, however the urine smell upon entering the room was major put off. Beds were both squeaky and very uncomfortable. Furniture looks like it was flooded at one time, broken walls and tiles and shower do broken out of the wall. Will never stay here again.
