Order was completely wrong, took 45 minutes to order and get the food, and the employee at the window was super rude. Asked for fire sauce a couple of times and was ignored. The drank sat for a while and was watered down when I finally got it. Ordered the number 13 and didn’t receive the complete order and had some food in there I didn’t order. People were driving out of the line while we waited and some even got out of their cars and went to the McDonalds. They were back in their car before the line moved. It’s was petty bad.
Food was cold and wrong. The guy in the driver through was very kind, but they were handing him bags that had the wrong food in it. They also need to update their speaker box or headset because that poor guy was struggling to hear orders. The burrito my husband got was ice cold in the middle and not even correct, the quesadillas we ordered, the cheese wasn’t even melted and the chicken was gross.
I never rank a fast food place five stars but the staff was so nice and helpful that they deserve it
Went through the drive thru so that atmosphere was okay
Waited for 25 minutes to order. Waited 20 minutes for our food. Drinks were disgusting and the employees attitudes were more disgusting.
