Stopped for lunch on our way from NOLA driving back to Minnesota. Food and service were spot on. Had the catfish, pulled pork, potato salad and onion rings and all of it was delicious! Our server was SO friendly and welcoming. HIGHLY recommend!
Stopped on a roadtrip, was greeted by the lovely family who run this restaurant. I’d never tried soul food before coming here and I was very impressed. The okra was delicious. After my meal they gave me some great tips about staying and travelling in New Orleans (where I was headed). Great atmosphere and decor. I 100% recommend
Food (Pork Chop perfectly seasoned and fried) was absolutely delicious and the service by Ms S was so sweet. This is a hidden gem just off I55 that is well worth your stop!!! My hubby had the loaded Cajun fries and baked beans. Ms S and A have excellent food and service that makes you feel right at home. Didn’t miss this sweet spot as you head out or into Jackson MS!!! Thank you Ms S for your sweet service!!!
The rib tips and potato salad were exceptional. The service was outstanding, and the staff were exceptionally kind and courteous.
I can't wait to come back here! Had the catfish and my husband had the rib tips, both were phenomenal. Very good service, friendly and clean atmosphere. Highly recommend!
