I had to wait for 30+ minutes in the drive thru. I understand places get busy sometimes, but this is ridiculous. I've had that long of a wait inside as well. This is completely unacceptable. The only redeeming quality is that the staff are usually very nice. Something needs to be done about this ridiculous wait time though. It's fast food, it's supposed to be fast.
Terribly Slow! Horrible Service! Waited over 25 minutes for our food. Had to go inside to receive food after ordering from the drive thru. This has happened the 2 times we have been to this location. Don’t waste your time!!!
The food is always good. However, the dining area is hardly ever cleaned. Every time I’ve come here the drink area is always dirty. Sometimes the stains are there for days on the rare occasion I have come here two days in a row. Makes you wonder how well the other areas of the kitchen are cleaned.
It's astounding this place is even still open. I've never gotten a meal in under 20 minutes through that drive-thru. The concept of fast food does not exist here.
55 minutes. Waited at drive thru 20 minutes then parked and went in, another 30 mins. Taco meat was refrigerator cold and taco shells tasted ransid. Disgusting! Gross
