The Hubs Vine

Terrific food, house made. Everything we have tried is fresh and delicious. There is plenty of space and still warm and welcoming. Get the Hubs nuts, you won't be sorry! Everyone on staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Clean restrooms, too!

The staff were friendly but the bowl I ordered had so much liquid in it, it’s basically soup. There wasn’t much flavor in it and this genuinely was not what I expected at all. The salmon was cooked fine but it tastes like they slapped a bunch of pepper on it and burnt the fish for color. I’m sure other stuff on the menu is fine but the portobello bowl was not good.

Hubs Vine is beautifully set up in a large space. There service is quick and efficient. We ordered two large pallets full of Peanuts. We were checked in and loaded quickly. Within 15 minutes we were sitting eating a tasty lunch. The bathrooms are clean. Nice experience overall.

never been to the vine, but having been to Sedley years ago I've been in SouthFlorida for 20+ years and have two decorative plumbing stores on East Coast (Stuart & Vero Beach). I give the 20 oz Salted peanuts to our contractors & good customers between Thanksgiving & Christmas. Always remind them or for the first time"these are the best peanuts you will ever eat". Have never received a response accept "You were right!" Thanks for being there'

I have never been to The Hubs Vine before., and I’ve been a Franklin resident since September 2022. This is my first time and I can tell you this was an amazing experience. The Portobello Mushroom Bowl that I had was very flavorful. With a nice mellow profile. The chicken on top was nice and moist, and the vegetables perfectly grilled. All in all a very enjoyable experience 🙂
