El Ranchero Mexican Grill and Bar

Mexican food is the best! This restaurant just proves it. Service is excellent in a cool Mexican atmosphere. The steak burrito I ordered was prepared well and complimented by some tasty beans. I had asked for some house hot sauce which gave it a little bit more of a kick. When you are in the Franklin area do give this place a visit. Skip the chain of fast food places.

No problems with the food. It was always good. But I've been over charged 3 times.First 2 times,I just blew it off. The 2nd,dish I ordered was supposed to be ribeye. It wasn't.Third time,I was charged for a large dish (which is what I usually get) but after getting home,found out,I didn't get what I paid for. Spoke with management on the phone. This person couldn't even find my ticket. I asked if my receipt would help. It was like talking to a brick wall after that. Again,no complaints about the food. But they need someone in that position to handle situations like mine better & for that,I won't be spending any more money there

Nice, clean restaurant. Had the dinner combination with chili relleno and taco. Good portions, hot, nice presentation. Hubs had the chicken fajitas dinner. Smell was awesome, flavor even better. Chips and salsa - chips hot and salsa with just a hint of heat. Service was prompt, appropriate and everyone was courteous. Worth the trip!

The food was pretty tasty and presented very well. The margaritas were ok. Well, my first one was. I preferred a second and it came back tasting like lime juice. The waiter was not paying attention and it was hard to catch him. When I told him about my drink, he took it and brought me back a check. My first margarita was 10.99. I was then told when I added a shot it was 9.99. I definitely did not have a $20 drink. I’ll not be back

There were plenty of friendly, professional wait staff to attend to our large party. The chips and salsa, and other food items came out quickly, were hot, and made from super fresh ingredients.
