Managers and staff are completely incompetent. They do not help by register. They first had all customers use the kiosks. Then, they turned Kiosks OFF. Now require orders via app only. In addition, they blocked all tables. No dine in. The staff needs to go home. To corporate: please close this location for good. Customers shouldn’t be pushed around like this!!

One of the worse Taco Bell ever. Ordered on the app and they still made you stay in the drive through lane. I guess because they closed the inside. So now have to wait behind 8 cars even though we wanted to save time and order on the app. Corporate should really figure this place out. Mind as well just close the place. Will never go back, they are never have enough staff.

The restaurant clearly has a lot of staff, yet the service is consistently slow. This isn’t an occasional issue—it happens almost all year round. Every visit involves a long wait, and there’s absolutely no sense of improved efficiency despite having so many employees. It honestly makes you wonder what everyone is doing. If ratings could go below zero, I would definitely give this place a negative score. It truly doesn’t even deserve one star.

Ok... food was ok. Taco shell tasted a little stale. They forgot to make my strawberry baja blizzard so I had to awkwardly stand there until aunty came up and asked if I needed something. I said "aunty I neva get my strawberry drink" she said "ok what was the order under" she wen go check, made my drink. Ok now we stay all good aunty!!! Mahalo Nui to da aunty in da front workin da counter!!! 🤙🤙🤙 P.s only get two kisoks so da pressha stay on when someone stay waiting fo order and u cannot make up yo mind on wat you like eat 🙄

I've eaten at Taco Bell's for over 30 years, and this is arguable the worst Taco Bell in the United States. Here's why: the hours of operation. Their hours are so inconsistent that it's not even worth driving across town or stopping by to see if they are open. Their drive through is NEVER open. I was there yesterday, Dec. 30, 2025 at 2:30pm, and the sign on the door said closed and only mobile orders were being filled. This franchise should not be allowed to operate until they have full open hours and an operational drive through.
