Kona Kat Cafe

As a cat lover, this was my favorite experience in Hawaii. The lady who was running the shop was so nice and knowledgeable. She gave us great recommendations for things to visit while we were in town. The cats were all so nice and cute and cuddly. Top experience. Great work Kona Cat Cafe!

My husband and I had a great time at the yoga kitty session today at Kona Kat Cafe. The kitties were so cute, interacting with us and with the other kitties. We had such a great time, we are seriously considering adopting a pair. We will be back for sure. Cute gift shop too. Thanks Jenny for providing a great experience for people and the kitties! Hopefully they will all be adopted soon. 😻

From the moment you walk in, Kona Cat Café feels warm, welcoming, and full of heart. The space is clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed so both guests and cats are comfortable. The cats are clearly well cared for—happy, playful, and relaxed—and it’s obvious how much love and effort goes into their wellbeing. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to introduce you to the cats and share their personalities. The atmosphere is calm, joyful, and full of amazing cat energy 😊 Kona Cat Café isn’t just a café—it’s an experience that leaves you smiling long after you leave 🐾💛 I highly recommend Kona Kat Cafe to cat lovers and non–cat lovers alike! Their cats will win over any non cat lovers ;)

If you are a cat lover, head over to the Kona Kat Cafe for an hour to hang out with some kool kats and a very cool owner! We got reservations, but there were some walk-ins available as well. Bring socks, as no shoes are allowed inside the cat area! You can buy socks if you didn't plan ahead (no worries!) Adopt don't shop! Spay and neuter!

We had such an amazing experience here. The cats are so sweet and friendly. The staff is super nice and the gift shop is so cute. Definitely would go back. Such a great place to support.
