Taco Bell

The food was amazing as always and the girl at the window with the red hair was absolutely amazing. She was super nice and able to help us out with our two mobile orders and she had such a positive attitude. It is such a shame that the greedy managers are forcing such nice employees to be so stingy with the sauces on our orders. I ordered 15 diablo sauce and 15 hot sauce because I needed 15 of each for the large amount of food that I ordered. Making your employees put only 9 diablo and 3 hot sauce is extremely frustrating as a customer and I feel bad for the employees that have to work under such management.

Staff is very friendly and helpful while underperforming. Quality varies significantly on the shift working. Ordering “extra” of something on an item often ends up as just an extra charge with no extra anything else. Based on weight and repeated orders.

Ok, story time...... Im going thought a tough time in life, dont need to shear details here, lol. But I was alone, sad and going thought it! I was like, dude.....go get some Taco Bell, just eat and chill out. I went today 10/7/25 around 12:40pm...Who ever was staffed at this time...wow. The food was epic! The lady's and guys where so nice and where just fire. It was definitely a pick me up. I didn't talk to the employees about personal things just let them do their job and I just ate....AMAZING small things that matter to a person is just being treated nice and good food. 10/10 will go again.

The staff was pleasant, the tacos were pretty standard, and the quesadilla (pics included) was a scam. I got 3 soft tacos, 3 Dorito tacos, and a chicken quesadilla. The chicken was beyond dry, and it tasted weird- almost like there was bacon in it (I don't eat pork so this was a much unwanted flavor). I think it was overseasoned, or it simply developed a weird flavor after sitting untouched for several hours. Maybe both? It was the thing I was most looking forward to and most disappointed by. It wasn't cut properly either- they may need new tools because there was an indent, so they did try. One "piece" has absolutely nothing inside, while the other 3 "pieces" were full of dry and weird tasting chicken with VERY little cheese. Super sucky. 😕 My sauce situation was depressing and upsetting

This Taco Bell is probably the stingiest, worst service fast food establishment to ever exist. I feel bad for the people who work here. I can count the amount of beans they put in an entire burrito on two hands. They give you three packets of sauce, individually wrapped in a bag to further contribute to waste, and act like you are trying to rob the place if you ask for more. I can only imagine that the owner or manager of this place is a tyrant or they manage to hire equally stingy people.
