Starbucks

This Starbucks is one of the most friendliest I have been in, in a long time. The atmosphere is very welcoming and nice. The restrooms are clean!! Thank you for all you do!

I gave $100 for my order. I understand you’re not a bank. Does that mean I should get $50 in $1 bills. Cherry on top? She didn’t even count my change back to me or at-least the 50 1’s! I even tipped her. Won’t happen again. So, if the others cars behind me in the drive thru want to know why it took an extra 10 minutes in the drive thru today it’s bc I had to count my change. SMH

I recently had a disappointing experience at Starbucks, starting with my interaction with Stevie at the drive-thru window. Stevie displayed a very poor attitude, which is unacceptable for someone in a customer service role. She was impatient and didn't listen properly to my order, causing me to call out to her several times to get her attention, despite the store not being busy. I ordered a drink and a sandwich. The sandwich was not warmed properly, resulting in a bite of a solid chunk of butter or cheese. When I approached the window to address the issue, I was met with more attitude from Stevie, making the situation even more unpleasant. However, my experience took a turn for the better when I spoke with Joseph, the manager. Joseph handled the situation with professionalism and efficie

Worst Starbucks ever! The staff is rude, and angry at the world. Not one employee has a smile on their face. So impolite didn’t even offer a stopper, cup holder or a napkin. Very unprofessional would not recommend this place, go to another location.

This location has always been good to go to, either drive through or dine-in. It's well staffed, everyone stays busy taking care of things between orders and shows good teamwork.
