Salad and Go

My friend has been urging me to come here for a long while, and I finally came 2 evening ago (so glad I did!) and had the autumn salad with balsamic, which was amazing. I’m back again tonight, and I’m having the fajita salad with jalapeño ranch. Both times I had with chicken and had great and fast service. Josie was patient and kind, answering all of my questions. I hope I can find one of these establishments closer to my home, in north Frisco or north Plano Texas. Would be great for a quick to grab lunch, especially when time is tight! Very generous portions. Lettuce and all ingredients were fresh and tasty and the dressings are great too! Note both pics were after I started in because they are so good! 🥗😋

Little did I know this restaurant would become an oasis for me. When it was first being built, I remember thinking to myself, “What a waste of money—who wants to go out just to eat grass?” Well, life has a way of humbling us. For the first time ever, I found out I’m prediabetic. I can’t have gluten. I can’t have dairy. I have high cholesterol. The list just kept growing. Prior to this past Monday—from the time I’m writing this on Google Maps—I had no idea my entire diet, and honestly my life, was about to change. My doctor told me, “If you don’t start now, you’ll need serious medication,” and that could even put my flying career at risk. So Tuesday, I began a completely new diet. Absolutely amazing. Has turned me into an addict. Like a crackhead for buffalo chicken. Easy to order on the app. Easy to pick up. The wraps are the best but the bowls are amazing. I just love this place. I wish there was one on every dang corner. We need more of these.

My family and I love the salads great menu! Unfortunately we were treated very poorly and were spoken to like trash. Be advised rotten behavior is not tolerated! Our business will be elsewhere in the future.

I have been here 3 times now. And I will say this is the best choice for "fast food". Restaurant quality food at a very good price. Breakfast burritos are amazing and so are the salad wraps. My wife and I go every Saturday morning now for breakfast burritos and they're the best around!
