Taco Bell

The Taco Bell in Independence Kansas is one of the best I have ever eaten at. The food is always fresh and hot and made perfectly to order. I always look forward to eating there because it is a top-notch location and the service is always outstanding with great food and a great and clean dining facility! Great Job!!

I got two taco supreme and a large baja blast. The food was exactly as I ordered so no problems from that however the lady behind the counter (who i will not name and shame) couldn't have made my experience any worse. Now i know bringing my 3 month pregnant opossum was not a good idea bit she needed to eat as well and as the bathrooms are there for paying customers i do not appreciate her freaking out when i told her my oppossum (deliliah) needed to use the ladies room.

Been here a few times. And it’s a hit or miss depending on who’s working on your quality of food . During the day it’s better at night they slack off a lot . Got the cantina chicken burrito one time asked for no purple cabbage , came with extra cabbage. Got it again tonight and there was practically no sauce on it and chicken looked / tasted extremely cold to touch . Just need them to be consistent

Waited in line over 20 minutes- my food was cold… and was practically all lettuce and sour cream- couldn’t even tell there was meat in the taco. Nacho fries were hard and cold. This was at 6:11pm. Got out of the drive through after 3:34. Should get a refund, that wasted my time and my one night a week to not eat at home.

For years, this Taco Bell has been managed horribly. Wait times of up to 30 minutes are very common, often ending in incorrect orders anyways. It’s about time management does something, whether that’s paying employees more, enforcing policies, or simply caring about their customers. Do better.
