Scooters Coffee Now In Independence Kansas. Little expensive but well worth the money for a good drink. Go check it out drinks are amazing. Friendly service and make sure and take your Dog they have treats also for your animals. My moms dog loved it.

The people that work here are always very nice. Drink quality varies, I usually get a smoothie & sometimes it doesn’t have as much flavor as other times. My only complaint is that there’s a lot of times that you can’t order from the app. The only reason I have it is to earn rewards etc & it seems that when there’s a big promotion the app is turned off. If I can’t order from the app I usually don’t go at all so I’m betting they lose a lot of sales because of it. It’s extremely frustrating!

Ordered a medium “Cold brew & cream” and was handed this blended drink. I said I did not order a blended cold brew and repeated the order. I was then told by the staff that is the order for a blended drink. They said I needed to say “cold brew with half-and-half” to get the drink I wanted. So, at this location, if you ask for a “cold brew & cream,” it automatically makes it a blended drink. Interestingly enough, if you Google “Scooters Cold brew & cream” or look at their menu on X (Twitter), the official images direct from the company show cold brew with some cream added and some ice. Nothing blended. Wife’s decaf order was also very much NOT decaf as evidenced by her adverse reaction to the caffeine. We asked TWICE to make sure her drink was decaf as she has a caffeine sensitivity.

Today was the worst experience I've had at this location, and totally changed the course of my afternoon. Usually everyone is kind and accommodating, but the blonde girl working there was so rude for no reason at all. The cashier rang me up for $11 and some change, then the blonde walks up changes something at the register and it raises the price to $13 something for a medium and a large drink. I ask what changed and she was just terribly rude with a pissed off look on her face and said "that's just how much it costs". No explanation, just straight up attitude. Customer service needs some work especially when this is supposed to be the happy part of my day.

I go here 3 to 4 times a week. Great coffee and the ladies are always happy. Would be better if it was more consistent on breakfast sandwiches. Sometimes my beagle is hard as a rock sometimes it's great. It's hit or miss
