Staff were polite but I ordered 2 large nacho fries and both fry containers were like half full and there weren’t any fries loose in the bag or anything to explain it.

I really don't even understand how this location in Hueytown Alabama is still operational. The drive-thru is absolutely useless because the employees are constantly telling you that it's closed. Last night, February 28th for instance. I said well is the Lobby closed? The girl with the window said no but it's going to take a long time if you come inside to get your order. To the customer that tells me that you do not want my business. You are encouraging me not to order anything from this restaurant. Maybe it's a management thing because I've come face-to-face with her in the past and it wasn't pretty. It's an embarrassment to our area and a bigger disappointment for loyal customers.

So grateful to have nice and courteous people no matter the time! Having it open 24 hours is AWESOME..USE TO BE LIMITED TO WAFFLE HOUSE.

I wanna know when I became company policy to insult you're customers, the drive through worker @11pm, started talking shit about my wife for just asking about if they sold any energy drinks or blends, guess she thought the mic was off but this absolutely horse shit and unacceptable, ill be following up with corporate and owners until I get an apology or your job. Courtesy of a very pissed off operations manager.
