***update. I was told to call the location and I did only thing that happened was the manager just confirmed that the price of the cup of water is $3. So this policy will not be changing anytime soon. But they will give you a Dasani bottled water for about a third of the price of that cup of water. So if you like Dasani they have you covered 👍 I would definitely have accepted an answer such as we have a filtration system on our water and to offset the cost that's why we charge you full price or all drinks are free and our cups are $3 I could have accepted that as well anything would have worked for me.. Came for 2 chilli dogs and a cup of water. Food was great and I don't mind paying for a bottle water or even $1 for a cup of water but they want $3 for a cup of tap water!!! I would have

Not sure what was wrong with my friend today on front counter, with the glasses and ponytail but clearly she wasn't having a good day. I asked for a cup of ice and onion rings with my order.. Had to pay separate for the ice because she didn't add it to my order like I asked originally then get my food and no onion rings. I just left because it was lunchtime and I didn't want to cause a scene! Would've bought more but had difficulty ordering the cup of ice so I stopped there, didn't want to ask for too much more. But she clearly wasn't listening today!

I went through the drive thru. I did not have to wait long for my parfait and it was delicious. I did not order food this time

I used drive thru. The staff were nice and attentive. I went for a heath brownie cupfection dessert and it did NOT disappoint. It was so good I went back and got another.

You all should be ashamed of yourselves for charging 10.76 for a 4 piece tender meal. Seriously, DairyQueen. Do better. And there's more breading than chicken. The toast was on point though. Edit. We just got home. It's 7:12pm cst..
