They definitely need a GROWN manager there at night. There's too many kids in there employed(not working). And they're soo unprofessional; cursing, long hair swinging around food, horse playing around food. Taylor asked for help and the skinny guy came out to crack jokes that she needed help but still didn't offer any help. Taylor was really helpful but she was also distracted by the lack of teamwork. I was extremely disappointed, I won't be back to this location, this is unacceptable. If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. Smh. Get it together... Had I checked the reviews before hand, I NEVER would've gone to this location.

I usually don't post bad reviews but I have to on this one. I just walked into this Subway, was not greeted, wasn't asked what I would like. The young lady just stared until I placed the order. The condiments on the cold bar look awful...lettuce is brown, wilted tomatoes. The other young lady behind the counter is on her phone, no greeting. She rang up the other and the young lady that made my sandwich took my money. I don't expect a lot out of fast food but a simply "Welcome in. How may I help you" shouldn't be much to ask. Is it policy not to keep the toppings fresh? I've been to this location before and never expected this.

It seems like this location was taken over by someone else, because there has been a marked decline in speed and accuracy. The ladies are usually nice, but orders are NEVER ready on time, or fully correct.

If I could rate this store 0 stars I would I just DoorDash from here today at work I asked for flatbread they gave me something else and not only did they do that but something was in my food can’t tell if it’s burnt from something or poison

I came in to pick up an online order and had issues with the app not pushing my order through. Janice was extremely responsive, respectful and got me in and out without any issue while being extremely nice during the process. They seem a bit short staffed which made the experience better for me because she was quick and not rude in a situation that warrants frustration and can be overwhelming. Edit: I’m updating because I’ve been back since this review and the service from her is still wonderful. I rarely get a customer service rep/worker that is consistent with their service (life happens and that can be inconsistent with mood) she looked a bit tired today as she was working solo but still maintained professionalism and kindness.
