It Was Very A Good Experience. Awesome Staff Service And Food. Haven't Been Here In A Good Bit Do To The Last Time I Was Here. But I'll Definitely Be Back After Today. Everything Was So Much Better

If u could give them a zero I would. Usually they are good but tonight was a total mess up. I have gastroparesis (parlzed stomach) I always order the chicken chalupa with no lettuce and no tomato cause I can't digest it. Well on my receipt it said no lettuce and no tomato and what was on my chalupa stuff I can't eat. So I was out a meal cause even one piece of lettuce will send me to the hospital emergency room. Thanks taco bell....not...

I would’ve given zero stars if it let me. They don’t deserve one star! They messed up two burritos again and put sour cream on them today, didn’t give me my drink a few days ago, messed up my entire order the order before that and I had to wait 30 minutes for them to fix it! So half of my food was freezing cold! This is only the last three visits in the last month! It has been such a long time since I’ve ever gotten an order that was correct from this location. If it happens one more time, I’m reporting to the BBB because this is terrible business and they should not even be running this business if they can’t get it right. I don’t understand how they can even be in business if they mess up every single order or do the math I’m one person… If they are messing up every order I have had four

Trashy people working in the drive thru every time, just out right disrespectful. Then our family orders over $100 worth of food and they treat us like shit for it and did the job horribly, missing food, no napkins, half our shells are empty and zero hot sauce....for 6 people??? It never fails time and time again, y'all should close.

When they didn't give us any of the sauces we asked for, my husband called to complain. Not only was the lady rude, but she hung up on him. As we started to eat, I found a hair in my taco. Definitely not the right length or color to be mine or my husband's. He called again to complain and the lady hung up on my husband a second time. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. If I had treated any of my customers this way ANYWHERE I have ever worked I would have been fired or at least written up. I highly recommend NOT going to this location.
