Foothills Coffee Co.

Foothills is the best coffee shop in Hillsboro. I will usually order just black coffee but I have gotten their other coffees and they are always delicious. The staff there is always super friendly. They have great baked goods and my daughter loves their yogurt bowls.

Walking in i immediately loved the atmosphere. This coffee shop is what I think of when I think small town cafe. They had an amazing selection drink and food wise and just overall such a pleasant experience. I got a matcha with brown sugar, a raspberry yogurt bowl, and a cinnamon streusel muffin and everything was 10/10. I’ll definitely be coming back here and recommending this place to everyone!!!

very welcoming and nice staff. we had a coffee and smoothie, both were lovely. can't wait to come back and try more. the couch is comfy :)

I have never been a regular anywhere, but my husband and I find ourselves here enough they know our order. Perfect everything. Delicious coffee, yummy food, and fantastic people! Love coming here! The dark Everest tastes just like chocolate covered expresso beans. Delicious 😋
