I am not one to complain especially about fast food. But this was so bad it almost seemed that was the goal. The wait was over half an hour. Three cheesy gordita cruchs were ordered. I received three tortillas with cheese. That's it. The drink machine doesn't have any options that work. Ended up with some green drink that was not Mt. Dew out of the Dr. Pepper dispenser. The inside was awful and the attitude of the workers was pathetic.

I ordered 2 of the chicken street chalupas, and I only got one bite in until I realized the inside of the shells were completely raw. The outside looked kinda fine, not completely crispy but done enough, but this is what the inside looked like; completely raw, mushy dough. They were also out of the new midnight baja drink, that they JUST came out with. Every time I come to this location, i’m either met with extremely rude employees, wrong/missing orders, or terrible food.

I would give 5 stars today.. like to share my experience. I went to this taco bell couple of times when it’s recently opened up. I had very very bad experience. Felt like worst taco bell in the state. So i had stop going. Its been year today, suddenly i was start craving for 🌮 bell so badly. Didn’t feel like to drive 20-25 minutes to other locations. Worst come worst I decided to go this location(Greensboro) since its in town. You won’t believe it was extremely changed. My food was awesome i had placed other more items and it was good too. Service, food, cleanliness everything was so perfect. I enjoyed my food very 1st time here. Manager and whole staff is changed. I must say if you had bad experience you guy must try again. You won’t disappoint.

smelled of weed inside, no one was there, order took about 5 min to get. paid for spicy ranch on both tacos, and for diablo ranch sauce packs and got none of it. had to ask for my cup as they walked away

if i could give this place zero stars, i would. my chicken and cheese quesadilla had no chicken, or cheese. my nacho fries had no nacho and were soggy potato fingers. we ordered only 4 items and one was missing. we looked through the bag at the drive through and she insisted on the burrito being in the bag. under pressure we pulled off because there was a long line behind us and it had already been taking 20 minutes. there was no burrito. my cousin is now starving because all she got was her fries with no seasoning.
