Taco Bell

I got the #11 on the Taco Bell side. The nachos taste like burnt old grease nachos. The crispy cantina taco tasted the same just with added chicken and cheese. You can’t tell there is sauce on it because the burnt old grease taste is overwhelming. Very disappointing.

When did the crunch wrap supreme become so mini?!? For $5.59 I would guess for more than just layers of tortilla with some lettuce!!! Onto a quesadilla with also no meat!!! Absolutely disgusted. I can’t leave work and go back but I will be calling and talking to a manager. This is ridiculous.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Let’s go through the list of things wrong with my order: 1. All of our drinks had ZERO ice in them. 2. They weren’t even the correct orders of sodas. 3. My “large” fry…. Half empty. 4. My mashed potato poppers… are chicken nuggets???? So I never actually got those. The ONLY thing that was correct in my order was my tacos. I wish I could say that this is the first time that this place has royally jacked up my order but it’s more like the fifth. This was our final straw. I hope it shuts down.

The man taking orders is great but the manager is quite ignorant to customers and her staff alike. she seemed to single the man taking orders out repeatedly berating him when he was the only one I saw doing his job! Maybe she just doesn't like handicap people? On top of that the codes on the box's have all been used

A joke of service and quality. Even for fast food standards. Between missing items and things being made wrong. The order screen took 10 mins or so just to order. For things to still be wrong. I don’t hate a wait when it’s worth it. But with a joke of service and crappy quality control, or a really a lack of effort. Not sure much of any of its worth it.
