While In The DMV I Realized I Was Hungry After Fasting Most The Day. I Remembered This Deli Right Around The Corner And It’s Italian so Immediately I Was On Board☝🏼‼️ Firstly I Appreciate The Owner And Her Daughter So Much. I Walked At Closing Time, And They Still Served Me An Impressive Sandwich. I Laughed With Them That It Felt Like Having Your Mom Fix You Some Food After The Kitchen Was Clean And Closed 🤦‍♀️🤭 I Got A Small But It Was Packed And A Rival To Market For Sure. They Also Offered A Huge Selection Of Baked Goods, I Also Got A Chocolate Chip Cookie That Was Good As Well. I Had A Good Lunch Which Made My Waiting time For The DMV A Little More Tolerable. I Will Be Back To Explore The Menu More For Sure.

I’m definitely a fan of this lemon berry mascarpone cake! The place was empty when I showed up and then suddenly filled with several customers. I wanted to try everything that they ordered. It all sounded so good. I got the cheesesteak which was different from any other I’ve ever had. Very interesting. Lots of wonderful well-made fresh food to try. Very reasonably priced.

STOP!!!! Are my eyes deceiving me is that an ITALIAN DELI in Gtown De I’m checking this out… Literally what I said to my finance when we met for lunch. Immediately walking in we were greeted nicely, so nice to be greeted like that I felt so comfortable. The staff oh wow great people there they catered fully to us we had samples of the homemade soup and homemade sauce goodness gracious that sauce I almost chewed my spoon. We ordered a BLT AND A CHICKEN SANDWICH HELLO!!!! THAT WAS DELICIOUS 😋 LITSEN to me DELICIOUS 😋 Adopt me to the family because you going to get sick of seeing me. Great place Great people Great food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Grazie ☺️

A few years after the popular Patty's Deli and catering closed and moved to a bigger spot in Lewes, Spagnola's opened after much renovation. It looks great inside, a picnic table outside. The owner was very nice and hospitable and the cheesesteak I ordered was delicious, hit the spot. We were staying at a nearby Tru Hotel by Hilton by Route 13 in Georgetown. I definitely want to come back again and try something else.

SO GOOD. First time here and the Italian Sub and Chicken Cutlet Sandwhich were amazing. It's a small space that fills up quickly during lunch time, there are no seats to at unless you want the outdoor tables so we usually take it home. Will be coming once a week for a cheat lunch :) Sandwiches are large and affordable, but it does get expensive if you add chips and drinks.
