Taco Bell

Ordered twice today. First order was correct but cold. Second time I ordered i got 2 double beef burritos and a cantina taco. One of my burritos was like a half ass cantina burrito which i did not order. The main thing I want to say is that when I came in at 9am the toilet in the men's room was absolutely disgusting. By the time I ordered my second time around 1am the condition of the men's room had not changed. Disgusting. And aside from that, how hard is it to read a display and make what it says?

Everytime I come here I wait almost an hour for my food. Doesn’t matter if it’s drive thru or lobby. They both take forever to make your food. I was standing at the front counter and saw the employees unplugging the drive thru timer and restarting the drive thru timer. To make it look like they have good drive times. But I waited almost an hour for my food. And everyone else that was in the lobby was also waiting a very long time. The same cars in drive thru you could see had been in the drive thru for almost an hour as well. And this is everytime I come to this Taco Bell. No other Taco Bell I’ve been to takes this long. I hope the district manager knows that this Taco Bell is cheating on their drive times.

Just look at the photos and decide for yourself if it looks appetizing or worth the money. The bean burritos I ordered were crunchy!! Old dried up beans that they were too lazy to rejuvenate or replace like they are supposed to! Cheesy fiesta potatoes had less than 12 pieces of potato that were crunchy and inedible. Chicken quesadilla was full of lettuce “meaning they don’t properly clean their work stations before preparing the next order” or even worse. They have cross contaminated lettuce into the chicken, cheese, etc. Overall 0 out of 5 stars.

Awful experience! Its very rare, for me, to write a bad review. SAVE YOUR MONEY or go to another location! This location has no food standards, no employee hygiene standards, cleanliness is a concept no one has heard of, ... I could go on. Rude staff. My order was so wrong, I actually attempted to call, with no answer. Spoke to a manager the next day and was promised a "do-over" AND a FULL refund. I thought that was more than generous. Went to collect on the promise, that day, and manager was gone. Told never refunds, only "do-overs". Gladly accepted my "do-over", only for it to be incomplete! When I stopped the manger and explained what was still missing, I was met with eye rolls and "well that's all your getting. I dont care what's your missing. It was free." This place is sitting on a gold mine of Taylor University students who would gladly give them their money in exchange for some decent late night food. However, this is ruined by slow preparation times, items not being available, wrong orders, or just plain nasty food. I've been here twice, and both times I've waited 45min+ for just a $7 box. Quality was hit or miss. I've heard horror stories of 2 hour waits, moldy quesadillas, and running out of beef. Management is fumbling and they should be ashamed of themselves.
