Sophie's Ice Cream

Super friendly and helpful staff. Lots of great options and very reasonably priced. The portions were great and it was super delicious. I would recommend to any of my ice cram loving friends. We will definitely be back.

Has a very welcoming atmosphere. The ice cream is delicious. You can do puzzles while you wait and while enjoying your ice cream.

I recently visited Sophie’s and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t as sweet as the treats they serve. The ice cream itself was great, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff, which seemed to be a group of teenage girls, spent more time gossiping among themselves than attending to the customers. It was honestly a bit off-putting as they were loud and distracted, and I had to repeat my order several times just to get it right. It felt like they weren’t paying attention, and the energy was more focused on their conversations than on providing good service. While I appreciate the youthful vibe, it would be great if the staff could be a bit more professional when it comes to taking orders and engaging with customers.
