Taco Bell

Been to Taco Bell accross the whole country and this is the first time I've been impressed enough to want to leave an unprompted (without Google asking days later) review immediately. The late night crew was not just an efficient team, they genuinely seemed to enjoy working together and providing top notch service despite the late hour. My compliments to them!

I didn’t realize the 'Minimalist Collection' had arrived at Taco Bell. I received a taco shell that appears to have been lightly seasoned with a single tablespoon of beef and two strands of cheese. If you’re looking for a taco that’s 90% air and 10% disappointment, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save your money

Workers were too busy talking rather than reading my order. I ordered to have beans put on my tacos, with meat. My tacos ONLY had beans. Then my nachos I ordered no sour cream and to add beans. Guess what? No beans on my nachos and decided to not put my beans on either. The location wasn't busy, and it took forever to get my food. Really hope the customer service remedies the error.

Not exactly my best choice of the day but it had been a few hours since lunch and this was convenient. I liked that I was able to order and pay on the kiosk and not have to deal with a human. And for those who have challenges with English, it offers a number of alternative languages. My food order was prepared in an appropriate amount of time, packaged properly and I was ready to go after I stopped and grabbed a few sauce packets. The burritos were easy enough to eat while driving and were wrapped properly.

Horrible customer service. Shockingly unprofessional in any way. The order was not only missing 2 items, but the rest of the order was made without following instructions or modifications for anything that was ordered. Got home to feed five people and I guess some people just don’t get their order because the workers are to busy yelling and complaining about the length of the drive through line to actually pay attention and do their job. Don’t get me wrong I love Taco Bell and for the most part it’s good and accurate. But they put beans in Chilupa instead of beef???, put no beans in a 5 layer burrito, missing items including a chilupa and a soft taco and nacho chz add on’s to multiple items, and the 2 nacho chz cups for sides of chips were not even a quarter full, pictured below.
