They served cold chicken flatbread melt, with not fully cooked chicken (food poisoning) and argued with me about it. In the bottom of the nacho fry box was taco meat (cross contamination) argued about that as well, and we didn’t order anything with that kind of meat.
I’m very vocal when declaring this location as the best in the area. I have a food allergy, and the staff is always accommodating and kind. The location is clean and my order is always correct. Bethalto Taco Bell cures my depression.
Line takes forever, food is subpar, and you call these nuggets?? Ridiculous.
The manager there was very nice. I had explained to him that I was in a rush, and I was hungry, so, he expedited my order, thankfully. Such a kind man, couldn't have asked for better service from anywhere. It made my week when that happened, and it was only the start of the week. 10/10 recommend this guy
The workers are great the food is great and the facility is clean
