The bacon was raw, the bread not toasted, the meat tasted funny, wrong cheese, WAY OVERPRICED for a tummy ache!! Save your money! QT SANDWICHES are WAY BETTER!!
Placed an online order for a hot sandwich and received a cold sandwich. I asked the staff if they could fix this by reheating, they took my sandwich, felt it, and said its hot enough. Then told me if I have an issue to contact "Skylar". Then proceeded to refuse me any number to contact.
amazing service. honestly couldnt have been more better. nice girl and very polite i asked for her name and it was whitney i believe. she was very quick and amazing customer service. definitely coming back :)
I would leave less than 1 star if possible. Waited 25 minutes for our mobile order. They remade it twice and it was still not correct. My boyfriend had to call and ask what I had ordered because they couldn't read the receipt apparently. Completely terrible experience. Called to speak to a manager and was told one wasn't present.....
Went to get a sandwich 20 min before closing. Doors were unlocked but there stood an employee putting away ingredients and she stops me to tells me she already put all the food away 20 min before they close😐. So now I’m driving to the truck stop in Hamel to get subway there and waisting a lot of gas while doing so.
