Sushi Kashiba

Incredible omakase in Seattle. I would recommend the omakase experience at the sushi counter, reservations can be made online. Every bite of fish was fresh and the menu had great variety. It comes with over 20 courses and they have great sake to go with it. The barracuda, ocean trout, akami, and uni are our favorites. The chef was very knowledgeable and fun to interact with while we ate. This is maybe the best sushi in Seattle.

We were blown away by the omakase experience. We had reservations for the sushi bar and I definitely recommend it. Our chef Derek was incredible, he was so friendly and personable. Everything we had was delicious. Never have we had an omakase experience where we walked away full without a ton of add ons. Our waitress (I forgot her name) also helped us pick out a perfect sake to go with our experience. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

Went back to our favorite sushi spot in Seattle- @sushikashiba! It’s as good as I remember- fresh, delicious and left you wanting more. The service was incredible as always and this Sake paired so well with the food! If you haven’t been, add this to your list!

My husband and I went to celebrate his birthday. We made reservations and everything was outstanding! The service was exceptional. The server was very knowledgeable about the whole experience. He had great suggestions about a sake pairing with our omakase experience that we absolutely loved. The uni was some of the freshest uni we've ever had that we ended up ordering additional before our last course. We both never had gooey duck before and enjoyed trying it for the first time. To be quite honest, this place should get a Michelin star. That's how amazing it was!! We will definitely recommend this to any and all sushi lovers. Yes, it's a bit on the pricier side, but in my opinion it's also about the experience, quality of the food and atmosphere which this place had all of those.

An amazing dining experience. Our sushi chef, John-san, prepared everything so beautifully and we could taste how fresh each piece was. One small detail that really stood out was when he quietly switched my ginger to the other side of my plate because he noticed I was left handed. No one has ever done that for me before, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. It did get funny though because I’m ambidextrous and he started getting confused and ended up asking if I was, which gave us a good laugh. Owen was also great and made sure we were taken care of the entire time, bringing our drinks promptly and keeping our glasses full. My fiancé and I were celebrating our engagement, and they surprised us with a complimentary celebratory drink, which was incredibly kind and thoughtful.
