Surfing Crab Express Portland

This restaurant is fantastic! Incredible food and staff. Always a stop for us when visiting the area. It's one of those places you dream about when you live out of state. Don't hesitate, it's so worth every penny!

#1 Pick 3- Shrimp (head on), clams, and crawfish Cajun Spicy!!!! Surfn Crab has blown any other seafood restaurant out of the water! We eat there at least twice a week! It’s addicting! The best boil I have ever had!

So expected Cajun style seafood. The boiled shrimp was ok but avoid the crawfish. Tasted like it was not cleaned correctly and had no flavor. I travel all over the country trying different foods and was not impressed here. The service was good though.

You wanna keep your customers do a better Job cleaning this is Disgusting I wonder what the kitchen looks like.

Our boil was great. Our appetizer sampler, not so much. The calamari was overcooked and so rubbery that you couldn't bite through it. Our server was wonderful and vert attentive.
