Subway

We ordered 4 sandwiches for our employees and all of them were poor quality. The produce was not fresh, the lettuce was brown, the meat and cheese looked like scraps in the deli case. I took the sandwiches back, showed the clerk and asked for a refund. He refused and said he would why in trouble because the sandwiches “weren’t missing any ingredients”. He told me the owner would call me the next day, I called the restaurant and never got someone to pick up the phone. I was really disappointed in the lack of customer service and the quality of the food. Will not be back

I ordered 5 foot longs for my family from our local subway online to make it more convenient instead of going into the store. When I picked up the sandwiches the receipt was accurate but when I got home my sandwich had 0 sauce and the Garlic Roast beef comes with the Garlic Aoli sauce. Not to mention I added oil and vinegar as well and I didn’t even taste it. I opened up my sandwich after eating half and NO SAUCE whatsoever. I will never order online again. I even gave a TIP! ( Winters, CA SUBWAY ) You are a disappointment to your community. This has happened previous times when I have ordered here. Just decided to leave the review this time. Next time I won’t TIP you for your time.

The sandwich was ok. Not great but decent. The worker however seemed annoyed he had to stop and help me. He kept looking for the other girl to come out and help me, then finally figured he had to do it. Then he wasn't really listening to what I was saying and what I wanted on my sandwich. I'd honestly skip this place next time and go somewhere else.

Servers were rude to my wife and strait up told her no to getting more veggies... her foot long looks sad... definitely not what she was wanting and mine was wrapped with as little care as possible this is how it when taken from the bag...

In the past this was a pretty decent Subway, but our last visit (09/25) was not. Some of the veggies were definitely on the 'been out to long stage' with the lettuce being BROWN. We asked the clerk to change it, he grabbed a new package and dumped it on top of the rotten stuff! Didn't clean it, just added it. DISGUSTING! We figured if that's what you do in front of us, I don't want to think what goes on when we aren't watching. Hard pass - there are other options in town (the grocery store deli or the local bakery) for fresh made sandwiches.
