Just no care look at picture I eat the same thing every time so I’m just not happy

Ii visited my local subway at around 8pm. I asked for extra onion, the employee barely added extra. When he started to put tomatoes on my sandwich, he took 2 slices of tomato, then cut them in half. When I asked if they served whole slices of tomato, he said, "no, that's how we have to do it now. Either this location is scamming us, or you have scandalous employees. I was so disappointed in this location.

Don't go here if you want to use your coupons. The "sandwich artist" was nice to me but somewhere, someone at corporate is screwing this branch over. Not only do the codes from the physical coupon not work on the app or the website, even if they say it's a participating location online, if I go in-store and they say they don't accept coupons, how am I supposed to use them? You're undoubtedly and deservedly losing tons of money over this.

Avoid ! avoid ! Avoid ! The worst customer service ever. I had order a combo meal for my toddler and I. I proceeded to eat when a lady yells from behind the counter " our lobby ain't open!" First of all how rude. There are no signs on the door, walls, tables or anywhere the public can see that acknowledges that the lobby is closed. Why wait until guest start eating to say this. Put signs up and let us know before paying instead of trying to make the money. No recognition for guest experience or customer service. So mid bite we had to gather all of our stuff and leave. Imagine the chaos of telling your hungry tired toddler we have to abruptly leave mid meal. Imagine the chaos. They are waiting until guest pay and then kicking them out.

I simply ordered two sandwiches made exactly the same one on plain white bread, one on spinach wrap the one w/spinach wrap was 3.00 more no extras on it. I simply asked if the manager could switch it to the same bread and he denied me the right to even purchase anything else. Also he doesn’t have a name badge and the owner/manager said he doesn’t have a name. Horrible customer service I could have saved a trip
