Chick-fil-A

I usually have great experiences with Chick-fil-A, which is why this was disappointing. I ordered a Southwest Salad and was given a completely different salad instead. The receipt clearly shows that I ordered at Southwest Salad. After working a 16-hour shift, I was really looking forward to that meal, so opening the wrong order was upsetting. I called the store and left a voicemail but didn’t receive a response. I understand mistakes happen, but clear communication and follow-up would have gone a long way. I’m hoping this was just an off night, because I normally expect better accuracy and service here.

I want to thank the entire staff at this beechwood location. This was only the 2nd time I've been able to eat chick fila because my home location normally has cars wrapped around the building and I never have the time to wait 30 min in line to normally eat here. But the beach wood location was totally awesome. The grilled chicken sandwich with the chick Fila sauce was amazing. One of the best chicken sandwiches I have had in a long time. But even more amazing was the staff. The level of professionalism and customer service and respect was 1st class. Top teir. Something that you won't find at other fast food restaurants to me. Polite, helpful, smiles on their faces. Mgmt please thank your entire team for me. Its greatly appreciated on the customer side of things. Totally made my day. Thank

I am not sure, But it seems that the original chicken sandwich has changed. I have ordered it at 2 stores ( after not having it since Covid). Definitely not the same as years ago... not plump as if not all white meat and did not have that fresh chicken taste. I was so disappointed that I had some coupons and gave them to another family that was there because I'm sure I won't be eating at any Chik Fil A again.

​Mobile Order -Drive-thru ​I can’t believe I am giving Chick-fil-A a bad review. Ordinarily, their service is top-notch, but this location provided the worst service I have ever experienced. ​We went through the drive-thru and ordered chicken strips and a grilled chicken sandwich with extra lettuce and no bun. I am diabetic, so I leave off the bread and wrap the sandwich in lettuce; it gives me the feel of fast food while staying on the healthier side. ​Where do I even begin with the service? First, they forgot our chicken strips, so we had to go back in to get them. Then, once we got back to the car and started eating, I realized the chicken sandwich was ice-cold. Service is excellent we went thru the drive thru. The few times I've been there even in the drive thru service is great you dont wait long . And every employee that I've had contact with has great customer service skills . Which is important to me.
